Coming Soon: Duck Eggs!
Two Chicks Farm, LLC was born from a shared dream of living closer to the land and giving back to it in return. As a small, family-owned farm, we’ve built our practices around the belief that farming should restore what it touches—from the soil beneath our feet to the communities we serve.
Every crop we plant, every egg we gather, and every moment spent on the land reflects our deep commitment to ethical, intentional farming.
At Two Chicks Farm, we believe that healthy food begins with healthy soil.
Our practices are guided by nature—not shortcuts. We use cover crops, worm farms, and mulching to return vital nutrients to the soil. We also grow companion crops in the orchards and gardens to create symbiotic or mutually beneficial environmental systems, while simultaneously generating and utilizing compost to naturally nurture and fertilize the soil.
Our compost consists of annual leaf fall from our 30 oak trees, plant trimmings from our flower and veggie gardens, and manure from our pigs and chickens—soon to include manure from ducks and, eventually, goats.
Instead of relying on synthetic inputs, we follow the rhythms of each season to cultivate a thriving environment where plants, animals, and people grow in harmony. Every decision we make is rooted in transparency, ecology, and deep care for the land.
